How To Establish a Productive Morning Routine for the On-The-Go Girl

Wake up Earlier
Set your alarm for 15 minutes earlier then what your alarm is set for. Even this little change in your routine can be a huge game changer to having a more productive morning. Who doesn't like to feel more on top of things, even if it just means by 15 minutes.

10 Minutes of Cardio
You probably don't have time for a full blown-out workout, and that's okay. Anything is better than nothing! Just Pinterest search some 30 day exercise challenge, and you'll find some awesome quick workouts.

Stay Hydrated
While you are doing your makeup and listening to your podcasts, drink a glass of water. It's a great habit to get into, especially before drinking your coffee.

Podcasts + Ted Talks

Often times college girls or even those in their twenties don't have time to read in the morning. But this shouldn't stop you from incorporating something in your routine to get you motivated and set for the day. While I'm getting ready and doing my makeup, I really enjoy listening to a podcast or recently even some TED Talks.
Here are some links of my favorites:
DIY Iced Coffee
I will pick iced coffee over hot coffee any day even in winter. But in those busy mornings who has time to wait for your coffee to get cold! So I will make my Keurig coffee the night before and put it in the fridge overnight. When I wake up all I have to do is to doctor it up with some cream and white chocolate syrup. There you have it, iced coffee and you didn't have to wait in line and pay $4 for it.

Stay Globally Connected & Aware
Millennials don't have any excuse NOT to know what is happening in our world, but often times we don't have time to read a paper or sit and watch the morning news. No worries! There are great resources that consolidate all the recent news that took place while you were sleeping and send it to your inbox! So no more excuses.
Visualize Your Day's Success
Out of everything you could do to create a more productive morning, one of the most important things is visualizing the success you'll encounter and create during the day.

What's your favorite part of the morning? Do you have an A.M. routine?
