What's In My Ultimate Ladyboss Purse

I'm always interested to see what other gals are lugging in their purses, so today I thought it would be fun to share my own "what's in my bag" post. But of course I have to add that girlboss touch, so I'll be showing you my business purse, which I think is the ultimate ladyboss bag.

I got this purse as a Christmas gift, but it is originally from Target. Target is always winning. I obviously got it in black because I think a classic black bag is a most for every ladyboss, but I have seen it in a beautiful cognac and red shade. This bag is so me!! Seriously, I call it my Mary Poppins bag because you can pretty much guarantee I'll have everything in this bag, especially on trips.

I have been able to use this bag for many different uses and occasions. I used it as a carry on (love how checkpoint friendly it is), as my lady briefcase for conferences, as well as for day to day meetings where all I have to do is just grab the bag & not fuss with having to switch my planner and business material from another bag, because this is my designated business bag. 

It has SOO much space! It has a small zip front pocket where you can store your go-to items. It also has TWO full length pockets that line the inside + the common small interior zip pocket that can hold random bobby pins and chapstick. It also includes two interior accessory pockets to store pens + sunglasses. I basically never run out of space. I also have on occasion  stored my laptop in this bag along with my Day Designer planner. So that along gives you an idea of how ginormous this beast is. 

The last point I want to bring up about this bag is the ability to wear it cross-body or over the shoulder with the long, adjustable and removable strap, or carry it in the traditional in-hand with the sturdy handles.

• I always carry a business/self development book with me. Every purse I have, you'll find a book. This current one is a book that Nicole Smartt sent me about her journey to living a ladyboss lifestlye. I highly recommend that you get in the habit of carrying a book wherever you go, and instead of checking your phone at a red light or waiting in the doctors office, pull out the book instead. Future successes are built through small daily habits. 
• Of course my phone is always with me, purse or not. If you are interested, I have a gold iPhone 7 plus with a Kate Spade case + a black marble Popsocket. 
• Gotta add that fashionista flair with my black pom pom keychain - Target
• Cosmetic bag - Ipsy

• Rose gold wireless sport proof bluetooth earbuds. That was a mouthful - Amazon
• Business cards + holder. A must!
• My go-to absolutely must have in every purse, Extra polar ice gum.
• Cute white with gold dot notepad from the $1 section at Target. (I think this post should have been sponsored by Target)

My ladyboss bag necessities  

• Agenda. First off, this DD agenda is plain GORGEOUS. And second, notes, ideas, obligations, I keep my life in this little book.
• Business cards. You never know the connections you will make or who you will run into. Always be prepared.
• iphone. EVERYTHING is on my phone. It's just a necessity now a days.
• Pens - even though your phone can do absolutely everything, sometimes you just a good old fashioned pen. You'll be everyone's BFF if you carry pens.
